ぽちゃぽちゃな私は厳しい季節です。
暑いし皆でプールや海水浴！川遊び！
後少し痩せたら水着姿も大丈夫って思っている方
必見ですよ！
忘れてませんか？以前テレビ等で話題になった
そう！あのレシピ！
こんにゃくご飯だよ！
いつもと同じだけ食べてもカロリーダウン！
8月まで後１週間
１週間がんばったら痩せますよ！
普通にご飯食べてもカロリーダウンなんですよ！
ちょこっと頑張ってダイエットしたらもっと痩せちゃいますよ！
忘れている方や知らなかった人に！
こんにゃくご飯の作り方書いときます！
簡単ですよ！
ちょこっとだけ手間をかけたらいつもと同じだけ食べてもカロリーダウン！
頑張ってね！
こんにゃくご飯の炊き方ですが
材料は！
お米2合
しらたき（白い糸こんにゃく）200㌘
お米を2合炊く用の水
作り方はこんにゃくを一度しっかり湯がいてから流水で冷ましてから、ザル等にあげて水気を切ります！
（こんにゃくの臭みを抜く為）
水気を切った、こんにゃくを細かくなるまで刻みます。
丁度お米の大きさ位になるまで！
お米位の大きさに切る事でご飯を食べた時に普通のご飯を食べている感じになります。
後は普通にご飯を炊く用意をして炊飯器に計ったお米とお水を入れます。
その上から刻んこんにゃくを薄く広げて入れます
後は普通に炊飯器で炊いて下さい！
炊き上がったらご飯をほぐしながら全体的に混ぜあわせてください！
カロリーダウンしたご飯の出来上りです。
ポイントはこんにゃくの水気をしっかり切る事と
ご飯を炊く時に上に薄く広げてのせる事です。
こんにゃくは栄養素もたくさん含まれる食材です。
食物繊維も豊富なので腸の働きも良くなり美肌効果もあります。
しかも食物繊維のグルコマンナンは水溶性で膨張するので腹持ちもよく満腹感も得られるのでダイエットには
最高ですよ。
後少しで8月！頑張って！
