7月30日 梅干しの日です。 梅干しを使った切って叩いて和えるだけ簡単サラダ！ [料理レシピ]
皆様、今回もご一読よろしくお願いいたします。
暑い日が続き食欲もなくなる季節です。
そんな時は梅干しを使った、さっぱりしたサラダ
しかも梅干しの、塩気でご飯もすすむ
お酒のおつまみにも最高なサラダのレシピです。
マジで簡単！
7月30日は梅干しの日だし晩御飯のお供に作って見てね！
材料は！
きゅうり 2~3本
大根 きゅうりと同量位！
梅干し 2~3個
大葉 2~3枚
めんつゆ 小さじ1
塩 小さじ1（きゅうりと大根の下処理用）
以上です。
作り方は
きゅうりと大根を5㎝位の長さでちょっと太めの千切りにします。
（細くすると食感がなくなるので）
ボウル等に入れて塩を全体的に混ぜあわせて10~15分程
おいて置きます。
その間に
大葉を細かいみじん切りにします。
（包丁で叩いて細かくしてね！）
梅干しの種を取り除き包丁で叩いて細かくします。
先程のきゅうりと大根から水分が出てきてしんなりしていたら
流水で塩気を洗い流してザル等に入れて水気をきります。
（きゅうりの青臭さ！や大根の臭みを取り除き旨味をアップする為です）
後は簡単
下処理したきゅうり、大根と大葉、梅干し、めんつゆを入れて
全体的に混ぜ合わせたら
出来上りです。
さっぱりした夏のサラダ！
梅干しの酸味と塩気で食欲アップ！
使用する梅干しはお好みで！
甘口の梅干しが好きな方は甘口の梅干しで
しょっぱい梅干しが好きな方はしょっぱい梅干しで！
お好みで、のり！ちりめんじゃこ等を加えても美味しく出来ます。
