まるでフルーツ！ミニトマトのワインシロップ漬けがめっちゃ美味しい 簡単レシピ

こんちは！

暑い夏！トマト美味しい季節ですね！

今回はミニトマトを使ったレシピ

お弁当やサラダの彩りを鮮やかに！オシャレに変身

フルーティーでほんのり甘くめっちゃ美味しい
ミニトマトのワインシロップ漬け！

見た目も可愛いミニトマト



実は、ミニトマトは栄養が豊富なので是非食べて見てね！

普通のトマトより優秀なんだよね！

リコピン、ビタミン、カロテン、カリウム、カルシウム、食物繊維等々たくさんの栄養素が含まれています。
しかも、ほとんどが普通のトマトより豊富なのです。

リコピンによる美白効果！不妊症の予防、改善！
喘息症状の緩和！

カルシウム、カリウム等のミネラルも豊富なので、胃もたれ、胸焼け、食欲不振等の改善！

ビタミンCには、鉄分の吸収をよくする働きがあるので貧血の予防！

脂肪を燃焼させる作用のあるリノール酸も含まれるので
ダイエット効果！

後は認知症の予防等々

たくさんの効能がありますので食べないなんて損してますね！

しかも低カロリーなので小腹へった時に食べても安心！

ではミニトマトのワインシロップ漬けの作り方！

材料は！

ミニトマト

☆水 200CC

☆白ワイン 100CC（赤ワインでも良いがミニトマトが黒くなる）

☆砂糖 50㌘

レモン汁 小さじ1

以上です。

作り方は簡単

まずはミニトマトのヘタを取り除き、湯むきします。
（湯むきとは？、ミニトマトを熱湯にくぐらせて冷水に落として皮をむく事）

次に、☆印の材料を火にかけて沸騰させて白ワインのアルコールをとばします。

それを、よく冷ましてからレモン汁を加えて全体的に混ぜ合わせます。

湯むきしたミニトマトを瓶等の容器に入れて冷まして置いた白ワインシロップを注いで漬け込みます。



冷蔵庫で3時間位冷やして味をなじませます。

出来上りです。

冷蔵庫で保存すれば１週間位は日保ちします。

本当にフルーツみたいでめっちゃ美味しいので是非一度作って見てね！
