お酒のおつまみに！簡単な焼豚！めっちゃ美味しいレシピ [料理レシピ]
さぁ今回はお酒やビールのおつまみに最高なチャーシューの作り方を紹介します。
美味しいので是非一度作って見て下さい。
材料は、豚肉ブロック400㌘（ロースでもバラでも良い）
おろし生姜とおろしニンニク！大さじ一杯
濃口醤油
ミリンです。
まずは、フライパンに油をひき、豚肉の表面を焼きます！美味しそうなきつね色になるまで強火で一気に焼き上げます。

きつね色に焼き上がったら豚肉をお鍋に移します、豚肉がギリギリ入る位の小さめの鍋が良いです。
そこにおろし生姜、おろしニンニクを入れます。
濃口醤油2：ミリン1の割合で豚肉が7割位浸かる位入れて下さい。
沸騰するまで強火で火にかけます。
沸騰したら超弱火にして10分煮て下さい。
10分たったら豚肉の上下をひっくり返します。
再び強火にして沸騰したら超弱火にして10分煮ます。
10分たったら再び豚肉の上下をひっくり返し強火にして沸騰したら超弱火にし、さらに10分煮ます！
計30分です。
煮上がったら豚肉を鍋から取りだし自然に冷まします。
出来上がりでーす。
お好みの厚さにスライスして煮汁をかけて召し上がれ～！
刻みネギや辛子を添えても美味しいよ！
さらに煮汁は色々使えるので残しておきましょう。
ゆで玉子を浸ければ美味しい煮玉子ができます。
焼きそばのソースの代わりに使っても美味しい醤油焼きそばになりますよ！
