食欲の秋！美味しい食材たくさんありますね！

今回は栗に焦点をあてて！

和菓子のレシピ！

栗ようかん！

このレシピ！覚えて置いてね！

修行させてもらった京都の老舗料亭で試作を重ねて
作り上げた絶品！

しかも材料合わせて蒸しあげるだけ！

めっちゃ美味しい栗ようかんのレシピです。

栗

丹波栗が有名ですね！

栗はブナ科の栗属の落葉樹になる実の事です。

栗は栄養価も豊富です。

ビタミンB1.カリウムか豊富

渋皮にはタンニンが多く含まれています。
（ポリフェノールの１種）

ビタミンCも豊富で加熱しても壊れにくい！
（でんぷん質に包まれている為）

栗！最高やん！

そんな栗を使った和菓子！

簡単レシピ紹介させて頂きます！



栗の甘露煮使います！詳細は画像クリックで！

栗の甘露煮、自分で作るの大変なので！
瓶詰めをオススメします。
自分で作っても勿論ok!
栗の甘露煮売れすじベスト10はコチラ！

ではでは栗ようかんの簡単レシピ紹介させて頂きます。

《材料》

こしあん 200㌘

栗甘露煮 150㌘

小麦粉（薄力） 20㌘

かたくり粉 5㌘

塩 ひとつまみ

水 50~100CC（水の量で硬さを調整）
柔らかものなら多く、硬いものなら少なく

以上です！

※こしあんは甘味があるものなら、そのまま使用して下さい。
甘味がない、こしあんなら砂糖を20㌘加えて下さい。

《作り方》

まずはボールに、こしあん！小麦粉！かたくり粉！塩を入れてよく混ぜ合わせます。

そこに水（60℃位）に温めて加えます
（よく混ぜ合わせながら少しづつ加える事）

しっかり混ぜ合わせます。

そこに栗の甘露煮（実だけ）を加えてサックリ全体的に混ぜ合わせます。

後は、耐熱性の容器にクッキングシートをひいて流しいれます。

そのまま蒸し器に入れて強火で30分蒸しあげます！

蒸し上がったら表面が乾かないようにラップをして
あら熱をとったら冷蔵庫に入れて三時間ぐらい冷やして固めます。

出来上り～

お好みの大きさに切り分けて召し上がれ！

※蒸し器がなければ電子レンジでも作れます！
容器に流しいれラップをして600Wで5分チン！

左右を入れ替え5分！

2~3回様子を見ながら全体的に加熱できたらok!
後は冷まして固めるだけ！

マジで美味しい栗ようかんです
