今回は万能合わせ胡麻！
色々使えて便利ですよ、一度作れば常備したくなる
事間違いなし！
自信満々です。(笑)
混ぜ合わるだけだし超簡単！
胡麻には栄養価もたっぷり入ってるしね！
簡単に効果を説明しますと！
美肌効果、ダイエット効果！
二日酔予防！
認知症予防！
生活習慣病の予防！
便利予防！
等々、ビタミン、ミネラル等の作用で効果的！
まさに！健康食材！

さてさて、簡単な合わせ胡麻のレシピ紹介させて頂きます。
《材料》
胡麻ペースト 100㌘
味醂 20CC
濃口醤油 10CC
砂糖 10㌘
塩 少々
以上です。
《作り方》
まずは、すり鉢やボールに胡麻ペーストをいれます。
そこに、味醂、濃口醤油を少しづつ加えながら
混ぜ合わせていきます。
（一気に入れると分離しますので少しづつ）
そこに、砂糖、塩１摘まみを加えて全体的によく混ぜ合わせて下さい！
なんか、もたっとした塊ができます。
出来上りです！
万能合わせ胡麻です。
冷蔵庫に保存して置けば、かなり日保ちします。
これだと何かわからない！
ではでは使い方！
万能なのを説明するよ！
まずは、胡麻クリームに！
合わせ胡麻に水を少しづつ加えて混ぜ合わせながらのばします。
程よいクリームの固さになったら胡麻クリーム！
ほんのり甘くて胡麻の香りがいっぱい！
そうだな！今の季節なら焼き茄子や無花果等にかけて
食べると美味しいよ！
胡麻和えも簡単に！
湯がいたホウレン草やキノコに合わせ胡麻を入れて、
よく混ぜ合わせる！
即効簡単に胡麻和えが作れます。
そのままでも美味しいがそこに調味料を軽く加えて自分の味付けにアレンジ可能です。
白和えも簡単に！
水を切った豆腐と合わせ胡麻を一緒にミキサーやフードプロセッサーで混ぜ合わせて滑らかにする。
後はお好みの食材た混ぜ合わせて出来上り！
今の季節だと柿としめじの白和えおすすめ！
胡麻タレ、胡麻ぽん酢が簡単に！
合わせ胡麻を麺つゆ！ぽん酢を少しづつ加えながらで混ぜ合わせてのばす。
味は調節してね！
