豆腐の味噌漬けとは？

豆腐を味噌に漬け込んだ保存食ですよ～！

豆腐をしっかり水切りした後に味噌に漬け込んで半年程寝かせて熟成させるんです。
本物の豆腐の味噌漬けは、やはり違います。
味噌の種類で味もさまざま！

ではでは、さっそく豆腐の味噌漬けの作り方紹介～～！

まずは

《材料》

豆腐 1丁（安物の絹ごし豆腐がオススメ）

味噌 100㌘

味醂 10CC

酒 10CC

以上

《作り方》

①まずは、豆腐の水切りをします。平な板などに挟んで重しをのせて豆腐が半分位の厚さになる位まで水切りしてね
（2~3時間位かかるよ）
私はまな板の上に豆腐を置いて、タッパーの蓋をのせて重しを置いてます。

②味噌にみりん、酒を加えたらよく混ぜ合わせる。

③①の水切りした豆腐を包み込むように②の味噌をぬる！



④乾かないように容器に入れたり、ラップで包む等をして冷蔵庫で三日間位の寝かせる。

出来上り～～！

ちょっと時間がかかるけど
待っている時間が美味しさをアップ
