ご飯のお供に昆布の佃煮 [料理レシピ]
皆様おはようございます！今日も笑顔で楽しく料理作りましょう！
皆様、料理の基本一番出しの取り方は読んで頂きましたか？

激安に料理が美味しくなりますから。
さて一番出しを取った昆布を捨ててしまうのもったいないですね！
なので今回は出しガラの昆布を使って
昆布の佃煮を作りましょう！
出しガラの昆布は捨てずに取って置きます。
食べやすい大きさに切り揃えて冷凍しておきましょう！
では作り方の説明です。
ある程度出しガラの昆布がたまったらた
食べやすい大きさに切り揃えて大きめの鍋に入れます。
そこに味醂150㏄、たまり醤油150㏄、濃口醤油100㏄、砂糖100㌘を入れて下さい。
それから鍋の9割くりいまで水を足して入れて下さい！
後は簡単です。
火にかけて沸騰したら弱火にしてじっくり煮込んで下さい。
僕は5時間位炊きます！
途中水分がなくなってきたら水を足して下さい。
最後に水分が１割位になったら強火にして
焦げないようにヘラ等で混ぜながら照りつけます。
いい感じに照りがついたら火を止めてさまします。
最高に柔らかくて御飯がススム昆布の佃煮の完成でーす。
お酒にも合いますよ！
しかも佃煮なので、かなり日保ちします。
お弁当やおにぎりの具にも最適ですよ！
昆布は捨てずに昆布の佃煮を作りましょうね！
