ヤバい位ご飯がススム！豚肉と玉ねぎのしょうが焼き、今晩のおかずに加えて見ては？ [料理レシピ]
皆様おはこんばんち！！
京都市役所前の京都串でん料理長、チャッキーです。
ちょっと太めのだるまさんみたいです。
お子様たちには熊さん見たいと言われます(笑)
さぁ今回はご飯のおかずに最適な豚肉と玉ねぎのしょうが焼きを
紹介しちゃいますのでよろしくお願いいたします。
作り方も簡単なので挑戦して下さいね！
では、材料から！（2~3人前）
豚肉スライス（バラorロース） 200㌘
玉ねぎ 1個
（しょうが焼きのタレ）
酒 50㏄
味醂 50㏄
濃口醤油 45㏄
砂糖 15㌘
おろし生姜 15㌘
以上です。
では、作り方ですね！
まずは、しょうが焼きのタレを作ります！
酒、味醂、濃口醤油、砂糖、おろし生姜を鍋にいれ火にかけます！
沸騰したら弱火にしてアルコールを飛ばします。量も少ないので3~5分位火にかけておけば大丈夫です。
あまり大きい鍋で作ると水分が蒸発して濃くなり過ぎるので小さい鍋で作って下さいね！
次に、豚肉を食べやすい大きさに切り揃えます。
玉ねぎは半分に切ってから5mm位の幅でスライスして下さい。
準備はこれだけです。
まずは、フライパンを温めて薄く油をひきます。
そこに豚肉を入れて、引っ付かないようにばらしながら炒めます。
半分位火が通ったら別の容器に移しておきます。
ここで炒め過ぎると豚肉が固くなるますので
半生位で大丈夫です！
次に豚肉を炒めた鍋で玉ねぎを炒めます。
豚肉から出た旨味が残っているので洗わずそのまま玉ねぎを炒めましょう！
玉ねぎをお好みの固さまで炒めて下さい！
（歯応えがある方が好きな人はかるく、柔らかい方が好きな人はじっくりと炒めて下さい！）
次に先ほど炒めた豚肉を入れてから強火にしてから生姜焼きのタレを入れて全体を混ぜなが良く絡めて下さい。
タレが絡んだらお皿に盛り付けて！
出来上がりでーす。
生姜焼きのタレは作ってから冷蔵庫で保管すると1ヵ月は大丈夫ですのでたくさん
作って保存して置くと便利です！
ハンバーグ等にかけても美味しいですよ！
その他炒め物でも使えます。
京都串でんの日替わりランチでは豚ロース肉を少し厚めにスライスしてこんな感じに！
これで700円！うー安い
