ちょっと続いてますが！簡単レシピ
今回も超絶簡単《大根もち》レシピ
紹介させて頂きます。
そうなんです、モチモチした食感と大根の風味がひろがる大根もち
これからの季節！
もってこいですよ、ご飯のおかずに、お酒のおつまみに大活躍まちがいなし！
さっそく簡単な作り方紹介させて頂きます。
《材料》
大根 300㌘
小麦粉 100CC
塩 １摘まみ
水 適量
以上です（水と塩はご家庭にあるよね？）
《作り方》
まずは、大根をせん切り又は薄い短冊切りにします。
そこに、塩を１摘まみ加えて全体的に混ぜ合わせて
10~15分おいておきます。
水分が大根から出てきます。
そこに小麦粉を全部加えて全体的に混ぜ合わせます。
そこに、水を少しづつ加えなが混ぜ合わせていきます。
お好み焼きより少し硬いくらい？
に、なったら
クッキングシートをひいたタッパー等に流し入れて！
ラップをして、レンジでチン！
600Wで2分！左右を変えて2分！を2~3回
全体的に火が通るまでくりかえします。
（レンジによって差があるので様子を見ながらチンして下さるね！）
出来上り～
切り分けて、表面をフライパンで焼いて焦げ目をつけたら、ぽん酢や麺つゆ等お好みのタレをかけてめしあがれ！
